PAID TIME OFF (PTO)

Full-Time or Part-Time to Per Diem or Substitute Status Change:

Employees (both full-time and part-time) who change to a per diem/substitute

status are no longer eligible for PTO. Upon their change in status, per diem

employees will:

No longer accrue PTO.

Lose any unused PTO accrued in their bank.

Not be paid for any unused PTO hours they are forfeiting.

Be denied for any outstanding PTO requests as well as any previously approved

PTO requests not yet taken
