DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT

Policy Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and vendors as well as

visitors to agency property.

Policy and Policy Definitions

We Do Life…Together (WDLT or the “Company”) is committed to maintaining a

work environment that is free of harassment and discrimination of any kind and

where all persons are treated with respect and dignity regardless of their:

race (including ethnic traits historically associated with race such as hair

texture and protective hairstyles)

color

sex

pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation, and related medical conditions)

national origin

past or current physical or mental disability

genetic information • sexual orientation

gender identity or expression

civil union status

marital status

religion

age

status as a victim of domestic violence, family violence or sexual assault, or any

other classification protected by law.

In keeping with this commitment, all employees are hereby advised that WDLT will

not tolerate workplace harassment of, or discrimination against, any employee by

any person including, without limitation, by another employee (including

managerial and management employees), or any third party connected with the

Company, including vendors, contractors or clients.

WDLT also prohibits its employees (including managerial and management

employees) from harassing or discriminating against any third party with whom

the Company has a business relationship, such as vendors, contractors or clients.

Harassment, including sexual harassment of, and discrimination against, any

employee occurring in the workplace or in other settings in which employees may

find themselves in connection with their employment is unlawful and will not be

tolerated by this organization.
