Manager Responsibilities

Managers are responsible for:

Modeling appropriate professional conduct and ethical behavior for all staff

members

Ensuring all direct reports receive proper orientation and training on this policy

Monitoring compliance with conduct standards within their area of

responsibility

Addressing policy violations promptly and consistently through appropriate

disciplinary measures

Documenting timely and accurately any performance issues, policy violations,

and corrective actions taken

Providing regular feedback and coaching to employees regarding professional

conduct expectations

Creating and maintaining a positive work environment free from harassment

and discrimination

Reporting serious policy violations or concerns to Human Resources and senior

management

Ensuring fair and equitable treatment of all employees under their supervision

Staying current on policy updates and communicating changes to their teams

Recognizing and reinforcing positive conduct and professional behavior

Human Resources Responsibilities

The Human Resources Department is responsible for:

Developing, maintaining, and updating this Standards of Conduct policy

Providing policy training and education to all staff members

Investigating reported policy violations in a fair, thorough, and timely manner

Ensuring consistent application of disciplinary measures across the Company

Maintaining confidential records of policy violations and disciplinary actions

Advising managers on appropriate responses to conduct issues and performance

problems

Monitoring compliance with employment laws and regulations related to

workplace conduct

Coordinating with legal counsel when necessary, regarding serious policy

violations

Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on policy

interpretation
