STANDARDS OF CONDUCT

Factors Considered

When determining appropriate disciplinary action, managers and Human

Resources will consider:

Nature, severity, and frequency of the violation

Employee's past performance and disciplinary history

Impact on Individuals, colleagues, and Company operations

Commitment to improvement and future adherence to policy

Legal and regulatory requirements

Consistency with similar situations and Company precedent

Responsibilities

Employee Responsibilities

All employees are responsible for:

Reading, understanding, and complying with all provisions of this Standards of

Conduct policy

Attending required training sessions on policy requirements and updates and

acknowledging receipt and understanding of this policy

Always maintaining professional conduct while representing the Company

Reporting suspected policy violations, safety concerns, or unethical behavior

through appropriate channels

Cooperating fully with investigations and providing truthful information when

requested

Seeking clarification from their manager or Human Resources when uncertain

about policy requirements

Maintaining current professional licenses, certifications, and training as

required for their position

Protecting Individual confidentiality and Company information in accordance

with applicable laws and policies

Treating all Individuals, colleagues, and community members with respect and

dignity

Following all Company policies, procedures, and protocols related to their job

duties
