STANDARDS OF CONDUCT

Reporting and Investigation Procedures

Duty to Report

All staff members have a duty to report suspected violations of this policy, unsafe

conditions, or other concerns that may affect Individual welfare or WDLT

operations. Reports should be made promptly to:

Immediate manager

Any management team member

Executive leadership

Human Resources Department

Investigation Process

All reported violations will be investigated promptly, fairly, and confidentially to

the extent possible and consistent with the need to conduct a thorough

investigation. WDLT will:

Conduct thorough and impartial investigations

Maintain confidentiality during the investigation process to the extent possible

and consistent with the need to conduct a thorough investigation

Take appropriate interim measures to protect all parties involved

Document all findings and actions taken

Non-Retaliation

WDLT prohibits retaliation against any person(s) who reports suspected violations

in good faith or participates in an investigation. Retaliation is itself a violation of

this policy and will result in disciplinary action.

Disciplinary Actions

Violations of this Standards of Conduct policy will be addressed through WDLT's

Progressive Discipline Policy. The progressive discipline process is designed to

provide employees with clear communication regarding expectations and

opportunities for improvement while maintaining a productive and compliant work

environment.
