AIRBORNE ILLNESS

Vaccination

We encourage all eligible employees to receive vaccinations for influenza,

COVID-19 and other recommended respiratory viruses.

The Company respects employee’s privacy regarding vaccination status and we

will not discriminate based on vaccination status.

Masking

We encourage everyone to wear a face covering when working with others, even

if you are not experiencing symptoms.

Health and Hygiene Practices

All employees must practice good hand hygiene by washing hands with soap

and water frequently, especially after coughing, sneezing, or touching shared

surfaces.

Employees should cover their mouth and nose with a tissue or elbow when

coughing or sneezing, and dispose of tissues properly.

Avoid touching the face, especially the eyes, nose, and mouth, with unwashed

hands.

Cleaning and Disinfection

Follow regular cleaning and disinfection protocols for high-touch surfaces such

as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and shared equipment.

Use EPA-approved disinfectants and follow manufacturer instructions for

proper application.
