STANDARDS OF CONDUCT

Attendance and Performance

Excessive absenteeism or chronic tardiness

No-call/no-show for scheduled shifts

Failure to notify managers of inability to report to work according to

established procedures

Unauthorized overtime or failure to work assigned overtime when required

Abandoning assigned duties or leaving work area without manager permission

Failure to follow an Individual's service plan or care protocols

Communication and Documentation

Use of profane, abusive, or inappropriate language with Individuals, families, or

colleagues

Engaging in gossip or spreading rumors that damage workplace morale

Inappropriate discussions about personal matters or relationships in the

presence of Individuals or in a manner that could be overheard or viewed by

Individuals

Failure to maintain accurate and timely documentation as required

Failure to report incidents, accidents, or policy violations as required by law or

Company policy

Technology and Information Security

Unauthorized access to confidential information or computer systems

Misuse of social media that reflects negatively on WDLT, including but not

limited to posting confidential Individual information, disparaging WDLT, its

Individuals, or employees

Violation of Data Protection policy or procedures

Personal use of WDLT technology during work hours that interferes with job

duties

External Relationships and Activities

Engaging in criminal conduct that affects job performance or Company

reputation

Soliciting or accepting gifts, gratuities, or favors from Individuals or their

families that could be perceived as influencing professional judgment or

creating an inappropriate relationship

Allowing unauthorized visitors on Company property

Engaging in outside employment or activities that create conflicts of interest
