Human Resources Responsibilities
The Human Resources Department is responsible for:
Ensuring consistent application of corrective actions where necessary.
Providing guidance to staff who have questions regarding this policy.
Reporting Procedures
Employees who feel they are being treated unfairly, unprofessionally, or observe
any violation of this policy should promptly report their concerns to their
immediate manager, any management team member, or the HR Department. All
reports will be handled with appropriate discretion and investigated in accordance
with WDLT's procedures.
