Dear Parents

t Solitaire International School, we believe

in nurturing curious minds and fostering a

love for learning. The school has a

profound belief in empowerment and has always

empowered the students to create, innovate and

excel. This edition of The Buzz showcases the

commendable efforts of the Solitairians, right

from the designing to the excellence acquired in

the content and the coverage of all the events in the

school. I would like to congratulate the Principal,

Vice Principal, teachers and students of the school

for coming out with the new edition of the school

newsletter. “ The Buzz, is completely in-house,

conceptualized, designed in the school itself. ” I

hope the journey of the newsletter will be as

eventful and successful as all the other initiatives

taken up by the school.

elcome to the new edition of ‘THE BUZZ’ e-

newsletter of Solitaire International

School, Panchkula.

We are glad to present you a diverse collection of

highlights, updates and artistic expressions that

re�lects the vibrant spirit of our school. This issue

accentuates the core principles that de�ine our school-

commitment to child-centric education, nurturing

exceptional leadership skills, emotional intelligence

and values that have enriched our educational

landscape over the past 6 months in the current

session. We believe that every child deserves attention

and our teachers play an active part to help

academic year was very

exciting and eventful as it

comprised of the eagerly awaited

Parents Day, Sports Day of

Kindergarten along with a variety of

events. Such event celebrations

c o n t r i b u t e t o t h e h o l i s t i c

development of the learners as it not

only informs them about the

different cultures, but also helps

them develop perspectives about

life and society at large. Below is a

glimpse into the events and

activities conducted in Term 1 as we gear up ourselves to move forward with more strength and

conviction that we can deliver far more better than we have already done. We encourage

possibilities for everyone through integration of teaching and learning, that leads to a holistic

development and is bene�icial to adapt to the diverse and ever-changing world. Thanks for your

unwavering support and encouragement. We are honored to work alongside with parents like

Festivals Celebrations

he school celebrated various cultural and signi�icant events with enthusiasm and

excitement. These included Navratras, Baisakhi, Foundation Day, Hariyali Teej, Parents'

Day and Kindergarten Sports Meet. Students showcased their talent through captivating

performances, exhibition and cultural activities. Eminent guest like Mr. Rajeev Goldy inspired the

students through his motivational talk. The events fostered community spirit, cultural awareness,

creativity and physical �itness. Students were engaged in philanthropic activities, visited

Aashiyana Children's Home and embraced noble causes. These celebrations left a lasting impact

on students, staff and parents, strengthening bonds and promoting unity.

Compet�ions

he school celebrated various days of global importance hence fostering awareness,

creativity, and community spirit. On Earth Day, students participated in a fancy dress

competition, nature walk, and role-play highlighting environmental conservation. World

Health Day saw health checkups and talks promoting healthy habits. International Dance Day

showcased vibrant performances blending diverse styles. Labour Day honored unsung heroes

with heartfelt tributes. International Plastic Bag Free Day encouraged eco-friendly alternatives.

No Screen Day promoted of�line learning and outdoor activities. Through these events, students

developed empathy, cultural appreciation and a commitment to protect the planet.

Activ�ies

mpowering children helps them believe that their strengths can �lourish and that they can

survive inevitable setbacks and failures. A Puppet Show was organized to teach the

students about personal hygiene. Grade III students participated in a JAM activity where

they presented their narrative skills. Kindergarten students also participated in Show and Tell

competitions and Rhyme Recitation competitions to develop their communication skills and

con�idence. Finally, the Kindergarten students enjoyed summer parties to cool down and learn

about healthy eating and hydration!
