The IAHS is proudly supported by our Association Partners
to the September/October issue of Rude
Health magazine. This summer many of
us were glued to our TV screens watching
the action from the 2024 Olympics in
Paris. Team Ireland clinched seven medals,
and I’m delighted that one of those medal
winners, Philip Doyle, is our cover star this
issue. I hope you enjoy reading all about
his experience at the Olympic Games. Our
other features include a focus on children’s
health as they return to school after the
summer holidays, plus expert advice on
natural immune support and heart health. This issue’s Health Store Help
feature looks at menstrual health, while our fitness experts give their
top tips on how to choose the right exercise class. Lastly, we have some
great recipes from Jess Redden to help you fuel your day the right way.
I hope you find it an enjoyable read!
