Community Integration Training:

In a culinary universe not so far away,

where tortillas are wielded like light-

sabers and salsa flows like the Force.

Picture this: taco trucks transformed

into star ships, with chefs donning Jedi

robes and Sith aprons, engaging in an

epic battle of flavors and creativity.

The galaxy is united in a quest for the

ultimate taco supremacy. From classic

Carne Asada to out-of-this-world

vegan options, every imaginable filling

and topping becomes a weapon in the

hands of skilled taco artisans

Embrace the spirit of camaraderie and

creativity. May the fillings be with you,

and may your taco adventures be as

legendary as the battles fought in a

galaxy far, far away.

Pajama Day

Pajama Day brings a refreshing change to the CIT

program atmosphere, as Consumers trade in their

usual clothing to cozy pajamas and fluffy slippers.

This shift in attire has brought a lighthearted

atmosphere to the CIT program, with laughter

and silliness filling the air. This unexpected

change has given staff and Consumers a chance to

bond and connect in a more relaxed setting.

We embraced this opportunity to let loose and

have some fun together. It's moments like these

that help Consumers and their staff build

stronger relationships and create a positive social

environment. They have truly embraced the spirit

of pajama day by donning fun cartoon character

pajamas or cozy soft fluffy textures.

Keep up the great vibes and continue spreading

the happiness!

May 2024

The Red Cross visited ACI to

educate us on various topics, from

understanding natural disasters to

staying safe during emergencies.

The demonstration, led by our own

Shaun Syed and the Red Cross's

Lysandra Diaz , to help highlight the

significance of disaster readiness.

Through their resources, we

grasped the value of teamwork,

empathy, and aiding others in

times of crisis. Equipped with

knowledge and tools, we are

poised to be proactive community

advocates, spreading awareness

about disaster preparedness to

friends and family.

As the demonstration commenced,

we immersed ourselves in

simulations and hands-on

activities, learning how to handle

different scenarios, from basic first

aid to evacuation drills. This

interactive approach left us feeling

empowered and prepared to tackle

unexpected situations confidently.
