WHAT IS MyChart?
MyChart is an online portal which gives
you direct and confidential access to
portions of your Electronic Medical
Record (EMR). MyChart is a
complimentary service available to all
Unity Medical Center patients.
MyChart saves you time and paper by
offering a comprehensive view of your
medical and financial information in one
convenient location.
WHAT CAN I DO IN MyChart?
MyChart provides easy-to-use tools for
managing your personal health, including:
View test results
Manage your appointments
Video visits
Access to cost estimates
Communicate with your provider’s office
View child’s record and print growth charts
Review your bill
Request prescription renewals
View vaccination records
Manage care of elderly parents/relatives
WHERE CAN I ACCESS
MyChart?
Virtually anywhere. Once you have signed
up, all you need is an internet connection.
The portal uses the same protection as
online banking, so you can feel confident
that your health information is secure.
You can access MyChart on the go with
the MyChart app available for both Apple
and Android phones. Your health is truly
at your fingertips!
With secure access 24 hours a day, seven
days a week, you can manage your health
when it’s most convenient for you.
CAN I HAVE ACCESS TO
MY FAMILY’S RECORDS?
Yes, proxy access is available. Once access
is granted, you can view and manage the
health information of any family member,
including your children, spouse, or even
your elderly parents.
