PAID TIME OFF (PTO)

Full-time employees may roll over a maximum of sixty-four (64) hours of accrued

and unused PTO to the following calendar year. Any accrued PTO over the allowed

sixty-four (64) carryover hours will be forfeited and not paid out at the end of the

calendar year.

Part-Time Accrual:

Employees classified as part-time are awarded the following PTO hours/allotment

regardless of years of service.

1.00 hour for every forty (40) hours worked, up to a maximum of eighty (80)

hours per calendar year.

Part-time employees can use up to eighty (80) hours of PTO per calendar year.

Part-time employees may roll over a maximum of forty (40) hours of accrued and

unused PTO to the following calendar year. Any accrued PTO over the allowed forty

(40) carryover hours will be forfeited and not paid out at the end of the calendar

year.

PTO USAGE

Utilizing PTO Hours: When utilizing PTO, employees must follow the following

guidelines:

No more than two (2) weeks of PTO may be taken at any one time without

senior management approval.

PTO must be used in one-hour increments.

Scheduled PTO:

Whenever possible, requested PTO will be approved, however business operating

requirements must be considered and will always remain a priority.

PTO must always be scheduled in advance and approved by your manager/other

approved admin team members. Employees are required to give at least one (1)

week’s notice for foreseeable time off. If the time off needed is not foreseeable,

employees must give notice as soon as possible, but no shorter than six (6) hours

prior to a scheduled work shift.
