WDLT Employee Handbook

HOURS OF WORK

Alternative / Modified Work Schedules

Our agency considers alternative/modified work schedules to be a viable work

option when both the employee and job responsibilities are suitable. Examples of an

alternative schedule include working four (4), ten (10) hour shifts a week.

Not all jobs have alternative / modified schedule options, and these arrangements

are not an entitlement, are not a companywide benefit, and it in no way changes

the terms and conditions of employment with the Company.

All alternative / modified schedules are made on a case-by-case basis, focusing first

on the business needs of the Company.  If approved, an alternative work schedule

agreement will be prepared and signed by all parties and submitted to either the

Chairman / Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Operating

Officer (COO), or their designee(s) for final approval.
