DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT
An environment free of unlawful harassment and discrimination is not only the
law, it is fundamental to the culture of WDLT. WDLT hopes that all employees and
persons covered under this policy will feel comfortable coming forward and allow
the organization an opportunity to pursue an internal resolution of the matter that
allows everyone to work together in harmony without fear of harassment,
discrimination or retaliation.
Training
In compliance with state law and to help foster an appropriate work environment,
WDLT will train all employees on harassment and discrimination prevention.
