ARREST AND/OR CONVICTION

Disciplinary Consequences:

Employees may be disciplined up to and including termination for an arrest or

conviction if the arrest or conviction is relevant to their job and makes the person

unfit for the position.

Employees who fail to notify either HR, their manager, or the on-call manager

within 24 hours of an arrest or conviction will be subject to disciplinary action up

to and including termination.

A manager who is made aware of an employee arrest or conviction and fails to

disclose the information to Human Resources within one business day of

notification may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of

employment.
