efforts, and disciplinary actions.

May consult with HR before initiating any formal disciplinary actions.

Consulting with HR for mandatory review and approval before initiating any

termination of employment.

Providing support and resources to employees to help them improve.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

Providing guidance and support to managers on the interpretation and

application of this policy.

Reviewing all formal disciplinary actions to ensure consistency, fairness, and

compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Maintaining confidential and accurate employee files.

Facilitating training for managers on effective performance management and

disciplinary procedures.

Serving as a resource for employees who have questions or concerns about

disciplinary actions.

It is important to note that the company reserves the right to bypass any step in the

progressive discipline process, including immediate termination, depending on the

severity and nature of the offense or performance issue. Certain egregious behaviors

(e.g., harassment, violence, theft) may result in immediate termination without prior

warnings. HR will review all disciplinary actions to ensure consistency and

compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
