APPEARANCE & DRESS CODE

Inappropriate Appropriate / Dress:

Our primary concerns regarding employee clothing and footwear are safety, respect

for those around us, and the ability to successfully perform job responsibilities. The

following items are prohibited and must never be worn, regardless of role (Admin,

DSP, etc.):

Hooded sweatshirts, sweaters, or tops

Flip flops or similar type of footwear

Crocs or similar type of footwear

Hats of any kind

Too tight or revealing clothing

Dresses, skirts, or shorts shorter than three (3) inches above the knee

Strapless, halter, or spaghetti strap tops

Sweatpants and athletic wear

Ripped, stained, or messy clothing

Additionally, we strongly recommend adhering to the following guidelines to prevent

harm or injury while performing job responsibilities:

Hair pulled back and if long, secured

Nails kept short

Minimal jewelry, not hanging down or easily grabbed

Manager Responsibilities

Managers are responsible for consistently enforcing the guidelines set forth in this

policy through disciplinary action, including and up to termination. In addition,

managers may send an employee home for gross violations or safety concerns

without pay.

Violations of Attire / Dress Code Policy:

Employees violating our policy may face disciplinary action up to and including

termination. In addition, employees may be sent home without pay.
