Notify the HR Department promptly of any Qualifying Life Events.

Keep personal and dependent information accurate and updated in the Paycom

employee self-service portal and with the benefit carriers.

Contact benefit carriers directly for specific claims or coverage questions after

attempting to resolve with the HR Department.

Manager Responsibilities

Direct employees to the HR Department for all benefit-related inquiries.

Complete Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) in Paycom to update any changes in

employee status (e.g., new hires, terminations, changes in employment status)

in a timely manner.

HR Department Responsibilities

Administer and manage all employee benefit programs in compliance with plan

documents and legal requirements.

Provide timely and accurate information regarding benefit eligibility,

enrollment, and plan details.

Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and assist

in resolving complex benefit issues.

Coordinate with benefit vendors and insurance brokers to ensure smooth

operation of all plans.

Conduct annual open enrollment and communicate plan updates.
