AIR QUALITY &

CO MONITORING

RAM

Remote Air Manifolds (RAM) are effective for air distribution

and regulation to multiple workers from a common source.

The unit enhances respirator-wearing worker mobility by

providing a NIOSH “Point of Attachment” (POA) for Supplied

Air Respiratory Systems. This RAM unit gives the users the

flexibility to work up to 300 feet from the air source.

  Industrial

Durable Design Choices. RAM units come in two robust variants.

The portable units feature Polypropylene Pelican® cases, providing

mobility and protection for on-the-go applications. Alternatively, the

wall mount units are constructed from powder-coated steel, offering

a sturdy and fixed solution for air distribution.

Precise Air Pressure Regulation and Real-time Verification. The

RAM is equipped with a regulator that allows the adjustment of air

pressure within a specified pressure range. A pressure gauge is

integrated into the RAM, facilitating the real-time verification of the

pressure setting at the point of attachment.

Multi-User Efficiency. The RAM system is designed to accommodate

varying team sizes, distributing air for 1, 2, 4, or 8 workers from a

single centralized source.

Compatible with:

CC20 | RT | Spectrum

GR50 | GVX | 88VX

*CAB, AirGuard or AirGladiator are

compatible and recommended.

Remote Alarms

Remote alarms enable an alarm to be placed where the

worker is operating. CAB or AirGuard must be placed in

clean air environments containing a continuous supply of

Grade D breathable air and away from the painting room or

abrasive blasting areas.

  Industrial

Easy Visual Monitoring. Alarm sounds to 90 dB when CO level ex-

ceeds 10 ppm. which is the OSHA limit. 5 ppm is available. External

operation lights show green for normal and red for alarm.

*Requires CAB, or COHP

CO Monitors

Carbon Monoxide (CO) Monitor sounds an alarm and

Red Light illuminates when CO levels exceeds maximum

thresholds.

Adaptable Design. The CO Monitor offers remarkable adaptability. It

can be effortlessly transformed from a portable unit to a wall-mount-

ed system, thanks to its sturdy Polycarbonate Pelican® construction.

Variable Sensitivity. Standard CO monitors are set at a 10 ppm CO

level. Monitors are also available with a CO alarm set point of 5 ppm

to meet CSA and certain international requirements.

Comprehensive Alerts. Because safety is paramount, and the CO

Monitor reflects this by providing both audible and visual alarms. With

a piercing 90 dB audible alarm, it ensures that high CO levels are

immediately recognized. Low Battery alarm is a chirping sound with a

“lb” symbol on the LED screen of the CO monitor, itself. This indicates

that the DC power - battery back up needs new batteries to continue

powering the CO monitor. A low flow alarm is also incorporated into

the CO Monitor. The low flow alarm will sound whenever the pressure

is too low for the CO Monitor to work correctly.

Efficient Calibration. Calibration is an essential process that can be

done quickly and efficiently.

Versatile Power Options. The CO Monitor operates seamlessly with

a 9-volt battery, offering portability and flexibility. For continuous

power, it’s also compatible with 110-volt or 220-volt AC power. Addi-

tionally, all units come standard with backup battery power supply

capability, guaranteeing uninterrupted protection.
