At TSA, we have been continuously improving our
safety program since its establishment in 2018.
Our comprehensive safety management system
encompasses all aspects of our operations, including
risk assessment and mitigation, incident investigation,
and corrective actions. We have cultivated a strong
safety culture that promotes communication,
collaboration, and ongoing improvement among
our teams. To ensure compliance and adherence to
best practices, we regularly conduct safety audits,
inspections, and training sessions.

In 2024, we successfully launched the TSA QHSE,
LMS, and the TSA mobile app, prioritising safety
within our business.
Our teams now have instant access to the latest
information. The TSA QHSE is our online platform
that integrates data and processes related to quality,
health, safety, and the environment, enabling real-time
performance monitoring and management. The LMS,
our learning management system, offers our staff a
variety of safety courses and resources.
Additionally, the TSA mobile app empowers our field
workers to report and access safety information on the
go via their smartphones or tablets.
