Erin: Whew! The true answer is
it is not easy. At all. I have to be
focused at all times, and when I am
not, an area may be lacking. When
I wake up every morning, I list what
I need to do that day, including
time for my husband, cleaning,
exercise, cooking, etc. That way, I
don’t forget something important
that day. This has been my best
approach because each season
requires my attention and effort
differently. My best advice is that
my home life and health come first,
and everything else follows. Find
a flow that works best for you and
your household, and don’t be afraid
to shift seasonally as needed. It’s ok
to evaluate what is working and not
working, and it’s also ok to check
in with your household and ask or
assess what is a priority at this time
so you can make decisions based
on that.
