During

career

guidance

class,

students had access to medical talks

from UHW. These included areas such

as

pharmacy,

radiography,

occupational therapy, physiotherapy

to name a few.

Students

completed

the

‘Looking into Law’ course run by

the Bar of Ireland this term.

Students were shown the route

to becoming a barrister, looked

at the variety of careers in law

and delved into criminal and

civil law, finishing up with law

and social media.

FUTURE CAREERS

Local Grace O Sullivan spoke

to TYs about her career so far

in

Greenpeace

and

the

European Parliament. It was

lovely to see the connection

with Tramore and to see the

paths that students might

take when they leave school.

A number of students completed the

Safe pass course and aim to use it

when they are working on a building

site over the summer.
