The experience of organizing the

KM for LOVE Run & Brunch with

my team has been one of

tremendous reward and

empowerment. The most

rewarding part of this project has

been when I am approached at

school by students and teachers

I’ve never had the opportuinity to

speak to before, express the

inspiration they’ve received from

our work, and desire to be part of

the KM for LOVE mission. To see

an initiative that began with family

runs that now connect people

from all over Beijing is such a

powerful reminder of how the

impact each one of us can make

on each other.

On the back of the shirts worn by

the Dew Drops team are the

words spoken by Mother Teresa:

“We know only too well that

what we are doing is nothing

more than a drop in the ocean.

But if the drop were not there,

the ocean would be missing

something.” This awareness and

determination is what drives our

team. I am making my drop. The

KM for LOVE is has making our

drops. And you can make your

too.
