GUISE
Guise is crafted of borosilicate glass-a
lightweight, yet heavy-duty material prized
for its superior strength and durability-and
embedded with recessed LEDs. Its spare
ring shape generates a glowing halo of
diffuse light when illuminated, recalling
a solar eclipse. When switched off, the
transparent glass and hidden LEDs seem to
disappear-hence the lamp’s name. Guise
is fitted with a special sensor that dims by
simply bringing one’s hand close to the
light, without direct contact.
