April 1st 2015 we offer to all
our end users worldwide (private
consumers only) a free 5-year
extended warranty, valid only if
the product is successfully
registered online within two
months from the date of purchase.
Conditions for the 5-year extended
warranty are as follows:
- Being an end user (private
consumer);
- Purchasing the Artemide product
after April 1st 2015;
- Registering the product online
within 2 months from the date
of purchase;
- The product must be new
(not second-hand);
- Being the first owner of the
product (the warranty is not
transferable).
Following successful online
activation and claim, the extended
warranty will entitle the private
customer to a free repair or
replacement when the product is
determined to be faulty due to
manufacturing defect, as stated
on its terms and conditions.

entier une garantie étendue
à 5 ans, si le produit est enregistré

Les conditions de cette garantie

- Le produit doit être neuf

avec succès en ligne, permettra
au client d’avoir la réparation
ou le remplacement de son
produit Artemide gratuitement
par Artemide après constatation
d’un défaut de fabrication ou
de matériel comme prévu dans
les termes de cette garantie.

Como confirmación de esto, nos
complace informarle que a partir
del 1 de abril 2015, se ofrecerá
a todos los usuarios finales (sólo
consumidores privados) en todo
el mundo una garantía extendida
gratuita de 5 años, si el producto
se ha registrado con éxito dentro
de los dos meses posteriores a la
fecha de compra.
Las condiciones principales de la
garantía de 5 años, son las siguientes:
- Ser consumidor final (consumo

- Haber comprado el producto
Artemide después del 1° abril
2015;
- Haber registrado el producto
on-line en los 2 meses posteriores
a la compra;
- El producto que ha comprado
tiene que ser nuevo (no de
segunda mano);
- Ser el primer propietario
del producto (la garantía
no es transferible).
La garantía mencionada anteri-
ormente, activada correctamente
y accionada, dará derecho al
cliente a obtener por parte
de Artemide la reparación o la
sustitución gratuita del producto
del que se reconoce un defecto
del material o de fabricación,
conforme a lo dispuesto por los
términos de la garantía.
